                                A quick bio...Beginning in the early '70s, I spent
my formative career years in the radio and recording business.
I moved through the ranks as a disc jockey developing skills in
production, programming, promotions and party patrol. By the
early '80s I was becoming entrenched in the voiceover business.
Shortly after helping my friend Bob McCord launch Canada's most
successful new FM station at the time, I partnered with Barry Allen
to purchase Homestead Recorders from, k.d. lang's then manager,
Larry Wanagas. We hyper-served the advertising, broadcasting and music industries for a dozen years. When I wasn't behind the mic,
I was managing, writing, producing, engineering, and running myself
ragged. I looked up and it was the late '90's.

I sold my
interest in the business to Barry so we could both just do
what we loved. For him music, for me voice-over. Since then, when
not recording (why can't I be the voice on everything?!) I've consulted
for radio, taught a post secondary Radio and Televison Arts Program,
done a couple more stints as a 'disk jockey'... hold it, I think they were
replaced with robots by this time, weren't they?

These days you will find me in my home studio, the workshop, out
in the woods somewhere or in the garage working on the 'bird. Rest assured, an iPhone and a microphone are always close at hand...
